深圳市深港科技合作促進會是2011年由深港産學研基地、深圳信息行業協會、設計師聯合會、香港資訊科技聯會、互聯網專業協會等機構和深港科技界知名人士共同發起成立的社團組織。
深圳市深港科技合作促進會發揮在粵港澳合作中先行先試作用，大力推動深港科技屆合作交流，積極開展深港科技合作研究，為粵港澳大灣區建設發揮智囊作用，同時在深圳前海、深港科技合作特別區等地建立專業孵化器，促進深港青年協同創新創業。
Chibo has been investing in early stage companies in the technology and media sectors in China for over a decade. He is head of the Hong Kong office and manages the Alibaba Hong Kong Entrepreneurs Fund, for which Gobi is the General Partner. He has led investments in numerous companies including Airwallex, Welab, Urban Revivo, DayDayCook, Aqumon, and Sandbox VR. He has been recognized in the industry as Venture Capitalist of the Year in Hong Kong in 2017, and as a Global Top 25 Rising Star by the Global Corporate Venturing and Innovation Forum in 2019.
Chibo started his career as a strategy consultant with Monitor Group, working on projects across the ASEAN and MENA regions. He also spent time at Robert Bosch, where he was Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy in Asia Pacific.
Chibo received his B.A. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard College. He served on the Board of the Harvard Club of Shanghai for over 6 years, and still travels frequently between Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Kenny Man is currently the Head of International Investment, Senior Director for Ant Financial. He has more than 20 years of extensive management consulting, operational and investment experience from a wide range of business and e-commerce companies. He rejoined Ant Financial in 2015 and begin to ramp up the globalization strategy by investing or establish partnership in Paytm (India), Ascend Money (Thailand), Dana (Indonesia), GCash (Philippines), Alipay HK (Hong Kong), TNGd (Malaysia), Gcash (Bangladesh), Kakao Pay (Korea), Eyesverify (US) etc.
Prior to that, Kenny is a Senior Investment Director at Vision Knight Capital, a USD 800mn asset under management private equity firm. He has led the 91.com project from deal execution, supporting the Company’s listing and finally sold the company to Baidu for USD 1.9 billion (at that time were the largest internet M&A in China). He has also been leading the 500.com deal which supports the Company to list in the NYSE.
Prior to Vision Knight Capital, Kenny was the Director of Alibaba.com Investment & Acquisition team. He built the international M&A team; while completing multiple deals during his tenure, he did the first overseas acquisition deal for Alibaba and the first acquisition for Alipay. His deal included Vendio, Auctiva, and Singlefeed in US and Oncard Payments in China. He also worked in the Corporate Finance team in Alibaba Group prior to joining the investment team, deeply involved in the Alibaba.com IPO deal. Prior to Alibaba, Kenny was the Bottling Operations Planning Manager, assisting the COO of Pepsi China on strategic and operational planning and was the Market Development Manager, overseeing the restaurant market in Hong Kong & Macau. Before Pepsi, Kenny worked in Mckinsey & Company in the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice, advising MNCs on their China growth strategy and potential synergies on M&A.
Kenny received an Executive MBA, Joint Degree program in the Kellogg School of Management, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in University of British Columbia.
Silvia Chen is currently the Head of China Issuer Services of the Markets Division at HKEX.
Silvia joined HKEX in 2018. Prior to joining HKEX, Ms. Chen was a Director at HSBC Global Banking and Capital Markets, working with Chinese enterprises on equity capital markets related matters in Hong Kong. She has led efforts at financing activities including IPO, share placement, and convertible bond issuance. She started her career at Merrill Lynch as an investment banking analyst, covering Retail and Consumer Products Sector.
Silvia received her Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley.

劉益聞，英國班戈大學商學院工商管理碩士，1993年進入理光公司，擔任管理部及事業企劃室首席主管，負責企業內部管理及企業發展戰略規劃工作。2000年初開始進入金融投資領域，先後參與了國內法人股網站運營及國內第一個碳排放權交易所的論證工作。並做為天使投資人，先後參與了CMC中國音樂（現改稱騰訊音樂）、神經退行性疾病藥物開發、數位食品安全溯源等專案的投資。同時參與了多起具重大影響力的並購重組專案操作。
劉益聞先生現為聖融資本、黑頸鶴基金、中財國信科技、雲信達資料等十多家企業的董事會成員或投資人。

松禾成長基金執行董事，深圳市半導體行業協會副秘書長。
先後任職於諾基亞、環球資源、深圳半導體行業協會、華強電子產業研究所，擔任工程師、記者、分析師、研究總監等職。擁有多年半導體產業、電子行業技術、研究，及項目孵化投資經歷。現任職松禾資本，擔任松禾成長基金執行董事，主要聚焦於電子信息、集成電路、人工智能領域項目投資和孵化，投資項目包括睿智科技、五株科技等。

現任深港科技合作促進會會長，曾任深港產學研基地副主任、深圳市科技局副局長、深圳市高新辦副主任、深圳市科協副主席等職。長期致力於深港創新圈建設及產學研合作，對深圳的高新技術產業發展、產學研合作、投資環境建設、創新型城市建設以及深港合作等有較豐富的實踐經驗和廣泛的多學科研究成果。
King Leung heads the Fintech team helping overseas and Mainland companies engaged in financial technologies (Fintech) to establish or expand their business presence in Hong Kong. He joined the team in May 2019.
King is a leading practitioner in InsurTech, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, CRM and Loyalty and Digital Marketing in Greater China. Before joining the government, he was a venture capitalist in technology investment and a management consultant in strategy, operation and information technology.
King teaches Fintech and Business Intelligence. Mr Leung serves in leadership positions at several marketing and technology associations.
King holds an MBA (Hons) in Finance and Strategy from University of Chicago, and BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
