張飛燕于2006年10月加入阿里巴巴集團，負責集團的戰略投資、併購和戰略合作。曾經成功主導阿里巴巴在各業務領域的戰略投資、控股和收購，代表案例包括UC、高德、餓了麼、中金、萬達電影、阿里影業、簡悅、考拉等。
在加入阿里巴巴之前，張飛燕曾任職於德勤公司的財務顧問部，為企業客戶提供併購、投資方面的顧問服務。
張飛燕持有美國達特茅斯大學塔克商學院的工商管理碩士學位以及北京航空航天大學管理工程學士學位。
Mr. Zhu Lin has a professional experience of more than 16 years in venture capital industry, focusing on domains including deep technology，IoT, Enterprise SAAS, cloud service, innovative financial service, etc. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Automation from Donghua University in Shanghai.
Respectively in 2012 and 2015, Mr. Zhu Lin, as the leading partner, established Gobi Ying Zhi Fund and Gobi RMB Fund, and raised RMB 750 million. In 2016, Mr. Zhu Lin took part in the fundraising and led the management of Alibaba Entrepreneurs Fund worth HK$ 1 billion.
Mr. Zhu Lin serves in the board of directors in multiple portfolio companies, and gets involved in and leads a variety of projects including Airwallex, GoGoVan, WaveOptics, Teambition, Cloudwise, PICOOC, CloudCare, etc. He is also the mentor of IBM Smart Camp - global competition for entrepreneurs, and International Youth Entrepreneurship Competition (China). Mr. Zhu Lin was selected by Forbes as one of the TOP 100 Chinese venture capitalists in 2018.
Mr. Shi Miao has been employee of HSBC for 12 years, currently leads the Beijing Internal relationship manager team which under the commercial banking’s SME department. He’s team mainly focus on providing service for clients with cross-border business needs, i.e. international trade, international mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing and trade re-structure. He has won numerous awards within the CBIRC and HSBC, and has extensive experience in international trade related business negotiations.
Ms. Winnie Han is the Senior Vice President of Global Issuer Services in HKEX. Her key focus is on market development introducing and promoting the HKEX IPO platform to cooperates, investors and intermediary institutes.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Han has had over 10 years of experiences in China A-share investment banking coverage with UBS and Credit Suisse. She holds the A-share Sponsor Representatives Qualification and China CPA (non-practicing).
Ms. Han earned her Master’s degree from Peking University and Bachelor’s degree from Xiamen University.
